Casa de Barcelona's shipment of goods following receipt of the Buyer’s purchase order, shipping request, or similar forms does not constitute acceptance of conflicting or inconsistent terms.

PRICES AND TERMS

Payment in full is required for all product orders. All accounts must be paid upon receipt of the invoice. Orders must be fully paid, including storage, taxes, freight, shipping, and service charges, before shipping. Checks should be made out to Casa de Barcelona. Accepted credit cards include American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa, which may incur a 3.5% fee.

TAXES

All taxes levied by federal, state, or local authorities on the sale or transportation of goods shall be borne by the Buyer if no resale tax certificate is provided. A Florida sales tax resale certificate form will be provided and must be completed and returned to process any sale.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or condition is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining terms and conditions will remain effective and binding.

Products on www.casadebarcelona.com are represented as accurately as possible through photography, dimensions, and other descriptions provided.

USER SUBMISSIONS

Casa de Barcelona values an interactive environment through our social media. Comments on our social media pages become the property of Casa de Barcelona. Posting an image or comment on social media, including those with hashtags referencing Casa de Barcelona or its sister companies, grants Casa de Barcelona a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to store, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works of, adapt, modify, and use such photos in connection with Casa de Barcelona’s business without further consideration.
